Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Evaporated milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Miniature marshmallows 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Peanut butter jar 1⁄2
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Step1-Set electric skillet at 300 degrees.
Step2-Add sugar, butter and evaporated milk. Stir until mixture comes to a boil. Boil 6 minutes, stirring constantly. Step3-Turn off skillet. Add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until marshmallows and peanut butter melt and blend into candy.
Step4-Pour into lightly buttered 8 x 8 inch pan. Cool.

First are electric skillet with plastic.These are convenient for preparing quick meals. Second are with tempered glass lids wherein it is easier to monitor the food being cooked. Lastly, we also have those with stainless steel lids, wherein it's much easier to clean, maintain, and store. Except for some foods with high fat content, the surface of the device is coated with a layer of oil to fry food. The layer of oil serves several functions.
