Walnut Fudge Bars
|Fudge brownie mix||19 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package Pillsbury Rich & Moist)|
|Melted butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Quick cooking rolled oats||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Semi sweet chocolate chips||12 Ounce (1 Package Or 2 Cups)|
|Sweetened condensed milk||14 Ounce (1 Can)|
Preheat oven in Convection Bake to 350°F (*325°F).
Grease 13" x9" pan.
Combine brownie mix, butter, water and eggs. Beat 50 strokes with spoon. Add oats and walnuts. Mix well.
In medium bowl, combine chocolate chips and condensed milk. Microwave on HIGH for 1 1/2 minutes or until chips are melted and mixture is smooth, stirring twice.
Spread half of brownie batter in greased pan. Spread chocolate mixture over batter. Drop remaining brownie mixture by teaspoonfuls over chocolate layer. Brownie mixture will not completely cover chocolate layer.
Convection Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until brownie topping feels dry and edges begin to pull away from sides of pan.
DO NOT OVERBAKE
