Fat Free Fantasy Fudge

Ingredients
  Sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Do Not Use Sweet 'N Low In This Recipe)
  Cocoa 3 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lite salt 1 Dash
  Light corn syrup 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Grape nuts cereal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Mix cocoa, salt, and sugar together.
Add milk and corn syrup.
Boil this mixture until it forms a soft ball in cold water.
Take off fire and beat well with hand mixer until it starts to thicken.
Do not over beat.
Stir in Grape-Nuts and vanilla.
Spray a 9-inch glass baking dish with a non-fat cooking spray.
Pour fudge into dish and let it harden.
Cut into squares when set.
