No Cook Fudge
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Boiling water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Powdered sugar||4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs), sifted|
|Dry milk powder||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (non-fat)|
|Cocoa powder||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (unsweetened)|
Butter an 8x8x2-inch baking pan.Stir the 1/2 cup butter or margarine into boiling water.
Stir till butter or margarine is melted.
Beat in powdered sugar, nonfat dry milk powder, cocoa powder, and salt.
Pour into buttered 8x8x2-inch baking pan.
Refrigerate several hours.
Cut into squares
