|Miniature marshmallows||500 Milliliter (2 cups)|
|Chocolate chips||175 Gram (semi sweet , 5 1/2 oz)|
|Vanilla extract||5 Milliliter (1 teaspoon)|
|Nuts||125 Milliliter, chopped (1/2 cup)|
– In a saucepan, combine butter, milk, sugar, and instant coffee. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly- Continue to stir and boil 4 to 5 minutes.
– Remove from heat and add marshmallows, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and nuts. Stir vigorously 1 minute.
– Pour into an 8-inch (20 cm) buttered square mold. Cool and keep in refrigerator.
– Cut with a pastry cutter.
