Rich Chocolate Fudge
|Butter||50 Gram, softened (4 Tablespoon)|
|Powdered sugar||100 Gram, sifted (Scant 1 Cup)|
|Grated orange peel||1 Tablespoon (Peel Of 1/2 Orange)|
|Semi-sweet chocolate||12 Ounce (350 Gram)|
|Strong black tea||125 Milliliter, cooled (1/2 Cup)|
|Instant chocolate drink powder||50 Gram, sifted (Scant 1/2 Cup)|
Line a 7-inch (18-cm) square pan with foil or waxed paper.
In a medium bowl, beat butter, egg yolks and powdered sugar until pale and creamy.
Stir in orange peel.
Melt chocolate in a double boiler over low heat.
Stir cooled tea and melted chocolate into butter mixture; pour into prepared pan.
Refrigerate until firm.
When firm, cut fudge into 1-inch (2.5-cm) squares; dip in chocolate powder.
