|Chopped nuts||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
– In a deep microwave dish, combine brown sugar, sugar and cream. Cook at HIGH for 11 minutes.
– Stir twice during cooking.
– Add vanilla extract and butter, and beat until mixture thickens. Add nuts and spread mixture in buttered pan. Cut into squares and cool.
– For creamier fudge, add 4 or 5 large marshmallows before beating.
