Chocolate Almond Fudge
|Sugar||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Marshmallow creme||7 Ounce (1 3/4 Cups)|
|Canned evaporated milk||12 Ounce (1 1/2 Cups)|
|Semisweet chocolate||12 Ounce (2 Cups)|
|Milk chocolate bar||8 Ounce, chopped (With Almonds)|
|Chopped slivered almonds||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Butter 9-inch square pan; set aside.
Combine sugar, marshmallow creme, evaporated milk and butter in heavy 4-quart saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full rolling boil; boil and stir 7 minutes.
Remove from heat; immediately add MINI CHIPS Chocolate and chocolate bar pieces, stirring until completely melted.
Blend in vanilla; stir in almonds.
Pour into prepared pan; cool completely.
Cut into 1-inch squares.
