Nutty Fudge Crepes
|Cream cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), softened|
|Ricotta cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sweet chocolate chips||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Orange peel||2 Tablespoon|
|Walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped|
If using a conventional oven, preheat to 350 °F (175 °C).
In a bowl, beat cream cheese 2 minutes.
Fold in Ricotta cheese.
Add chocolate chips and orange peel.
Spoon over each crepe.
Fold crepes in four.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Transfer to a cookie sheet.
Cook in microwave oven 2 minutes on HIGH, or 5 minutes in conventional oven.
