Nutty Fudge Crepes

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), softened
  Ricotta cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sweet chocolate chips 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Orange peel 2 Tablespoon
  Crepes 6
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
Directions

If using a conventional oven, preheat to 350 °F (175 °C).
In a bowl, beat cream cheese 2 minutes.
Fold in Ricotta cheese.
Add chocolate chips and orange peel.
Spoon over each crepe.
Fold crepes in four.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Transfer to a cookie sheet.
Cook in microwave oven 2 minutes on HIGH, or 5 minutes in conventional oven.
