Fast Fudge

Ingredients
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Evaporated skim milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Marshmallows 12 Large
  Salt grains To Taste
  Semi-sweet chocolate morsels 6 Ounce (Six 1 Ounce Squares)
  Chopped pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil, stirring gently; boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add chocolate morsels to marshmal low mixture, stirring until melted.
Add pecans and vanilla, stirring well.
Spread evenly in a buttered 8 inch square pan.
Cool and cut into squares.
