|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Evaporated skim milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Salt grains||To Taste|
|Semi-sweet chocolate morsels||6 Ounce (Six 1 Ounce Squares)|
|Chopped pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil, stirring gently; boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add chocolate morsels to marshmal low mixture, stirring until melted.
Add pecans and vanilla, stirring well.
Spread evenly in a buttered 8 inch square pan.
Cool and cut into squares.
