Super quick and easy! Making fudge at home with your kids is lot of fun. I love to prepare fudge as a quick dessert because it takes very less time and ingredients and very easy to put together. Only 3-5 minutes of your time to prepare and then just let it set for about half hour and done!
Ingredients
White chocolate chips 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Mini dark chocolate chips 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Condensed milk 1⁄2 Can (5 oz)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon, softened
  Mint extract 2 Drop
  Green food color 2 Drop
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Oil 1⁄4 Teaspoon (For greasing)
Directions

GETTING READY

  1. Grease a square container with oil and place the parchment paper as shown in the video and set aside.

MAKING

  1. In a large bowl, place the white chocolate chips and place in a microwave for 60 seconds.
  2. Take out and stir the melted chocolate well; add in the butter, mint extract and green color and mix well.
  3. Stir in the dark chocolate chips and reserve some for topping. Pour the mixture into the prepared container and spread evenly with a spatula.
  4. Top with remaining dark chocolate and refrigerate for 30 – 60 minutes, until set.
