Frozen Fruitcake Salad

Ingredients
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Frozen whipped dessert topping 2 1⁄4 Ounce, thawed (Half Of 4 1/2 Container)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Red candied cherries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green candied cherries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned crushed pineapple 13 1⁄4 Ounce, drained
  Bananas 2 Medium, chopped
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lettuce 4
Directions

In mixing bowl blend together sour cream, sugar, dessert topping, lemon juice, and vanilla.
Slice the red and green candied cherries.
Fold cherries, the drained pineapple, bananas, and nuts into sour cream mixture.
Turn mixture into a 4 1/2-cup ring mold.
Cover and freeze till firm.
To serve, let stand at room temperature 10 minutes.
Unmold onto lettuce-lined plate.
Garnish with additional candied cherries, if desired.
Slice to serve.
