Glazed Mixed Fruit

Ingredients
  Mixed dried fruits 12 Ounce
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Quick-cooking tapioca 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Light corn syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dark corn syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine fruit and water in a saucepan; bring to boiling and cook, uncovered, until fruit is tender.
Remove from heat.
Remove fruit with a slotted spoon and arrange on a serving platter.
Set aside.
Add orange juice to the cooking liquid in saucepan.
Stir in a blend of tapioca and sugar.
Set over low heat and bring to boiling; cook until mixture thickens and tapioca becomes transparent.
Stir in corn syrups and a mixture of the remaining ingredients; blend thoroughly.
Remove the saucepan from heat and pour glaze over fruit.
Let stand until glaze is set.
