|Gelatin||3 1⁄2 Ounce (Use One Package Of Four Serving Size, Use Jell-O Brand, Any Flavor)|
|Boiling water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Cold water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced fresh fruit||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Can Also Be Diced, Use Fresh Ones)|
|Non dairy whipped topping||1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed (Use Cool Whip)|
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups.
Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened.
Remove any unmelted ice.
Fold in fruit.
Spoon half of the fruited gelatin into individual parfait glasses.
Tilt glasses in refrigerator by catching bases between bars of rack and leaning tops against wall; chill until'set.
Spoon whipped topping into glasses; top with remaining fruited gelatin.
Stand glasses upright.
Chill about 30 minutes.
