|Boiling water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Jello gelatin||3 Ounce (1 Package Of About Four Serving Size, Use Any Flavor)|
|Cold water/Fruit juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fruit||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use Fresh Or Canned)|
Pour boiling water into blender.
Cover and blend at low speed until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 30 seconds.
Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups.
Add to gelatin and stir until ice is partially melted; then blend at high speed for 30 seconds.
Pour into dessert glasses or serving bowl.
Spoon in fruit.
Chill until firm, 20 to 30 minutes.
Dessert layers as it chills.
