Tamarind Pulp

Tamarind Pulp is a unique taste. The tamarind mixed is water gives the Tamarind Pulp a tangy taste.
Ingredients
  Tamarind 1 Ounce (1 Heaped Tablespoon)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Soak the two together for 1 hour or more.
Mix thoroughly together and squeeze the pulp through a fine wire sieve, throw the residue away and use the pulp as required.
