Ingredients
  Dates 1 Cup (16 tbs), deseeded
  Tamarind 2 Tablespoon (About 2 Lemon Sized Balls)
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Ginger piece 1 Inch
  Red chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Rock salt/Sea salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Grind all the ingredients together in the blenderiser to form a fine paste.
Stays for up to a month if well refrigerated.
