|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Ripe bananas||6 , peeled and cut in half lengthwise|
|Rum||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Melt butter in medium skillet.
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle some over bananas.
Put bananas in butter on moderate to low heat; cook until lightly browned.
Turn once; sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture.
Spoon rum over bananas.
