Ingredients
  Canned grapefruit 1 Pound (1 Can)
  Lime flavored gelatin 6 Ounce (Two 3 Ounce Packages)
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Diced apple 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), unpared
  Broken walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (California)
Directions

Drain grapefruit, reserving juice; cut up grapefruit.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add grapefruit juice, plus enough water to make 2 cups.
Chill till slightly thick.
Add apple, grapefruit, and nuts.
Pour into 5 1/2 cup mold.
Chill till set.
Unmold; trim with walnut halves.
