Apple Grapefruit Mold
|Canned grapefruit||1 Pound (1 Can)|
|Lime flavored gelatin||6 Ounce (Two 3 Ounce Packages)|
|Boiling water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Diced apple||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), unpared|
|Broken walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (California)|
Drain grapefruit, reserving juice; cut up grapefruit.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add grapefruit juice, plus enough water to make 2 cups.
Chill till slightly thick.
Add apple, grapefruit, and nuts.
Pour into 5 1/2 cup mold.
Chill till set.
Unmold; trim with walnut halves.
