Ingredients
  Cinnamon stick 1 Small
  Lemons 3
  Oranges 5
  Water 1 Pint
  Currant juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Currants 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tea infusion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Boil cinnamon, lemon-rinds and orange-rinds in the water for ten minutes.
Strain, and when cool add other ingredients including the juice of the lemons and oranges.
