|Milk||25 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Granulated sugar||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Wheat germ||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Hot Or Cold, 125 Milliliter)|
In blender, puree fruit, 2 tbsp (25 mL) milk, sugar, if using, and wheat germ.
Blend in 1/2 cup (125 mL) milk.
