  Chopped fruit 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Fresh Or Canned, 125 Milliliter)
  Milk 25 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Granulated sugar 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Wheat germ 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Hot Or Cold, 125 Milliliter)
Directions

In blender, puree fruit, 2 tbsp (25 mL) milk, sugar, if using, and wheat germ.
Blend in 1/2 cup (125 mL) milk.
Serve in tall glass.
