Melbasauce

This Melba Sauce is sure to make any of your favorite desserts a lot more fruity. A fine blend of frozen raspberries and current jelly, this Melbasauce all the more delicious. Do give it a try and you'll know what I mean!
Ingredients
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Corn syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Currant jelly 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Frozen raspberries 10 Ounce (1 Package)
Directions

In a small saucepan, combine ingredients, in order given, mix thoroughly.
Place over medium heat; stirring constantly, cook until mixture comes to a full boil.
Boil about 2 minutes or until somewhat thickened and clear.
Remove from heat; strain and cool.
Refrigerate in covered container for use when desired.
