Glazed Fruits Or Nuts

Ingredients
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Light corn syrup 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Small fruits/Sections of larger fruits / whole nut meats 250 Gram (As Required)
Directions

MAKING
1.Prepare a syrup from the sugar, water and corn syrup
2.In a saucepan, boil without stirring, to the hard crack stage (300° F.)
3.Remove the saucepan from the fire and put it into an outer pan of boiling water to keep the syrup from hardening
4.Drop in the well drained fruit or the nut-meats, a few at a time
5.Skim out and place on heavy waxed paper to dry
SERVING
6.Serve with yogurt or strawberry dip
