Fresh Fruit Cup

This fresh fruit cup is a mixed fruit dessert made with pineapples, oranges, bananas. Prepared with added coconut, the fresh fruit cups is a layered dessert and best served chilled and topped with reserved fruit juice.
Ingredients
  Diced pineapple 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ripe bananas 3
  Moist coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Using a sharp knife start by cutting the orange and pineapple into thick slices then cut them into bits free from seeds and membrane
2.Also slice the bananas thin
MAKING
3.Arrange alternate layers of the different fruits in a deep dish and sprinkle each layer with sugar and coconut
4.Over the whole pour any fruit juice
SERVING
5.Serve chilled
