Baked Fruit will sure add a variety to your dessert menu. The flavor of mixed fruits, sherry and brandy makes this baked fruit dish just yum. Why don’t you give this a try this weekend.
Ingredients
  Dried apricots 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Pineapple cubes 1 Can (10 oz)
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cherry pie filling 1 Can (10 oz)
  Prunes 1 Pound
  Sherry 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brandy 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Cover and bake for 40 minutes
