Marinated Fruit

Ingredients
  Canned pineapple chunks 20 Ounce (1 Can, Juice Pack)
  Apple 1 Medium
  Fresh pear 1 Medium
  Nectarine 1 Medium
  Orange juice concentrate 2 Tablespoon, thawed
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Snipped fresh mint/1 teaspoon dried mint flakes, crushed 1 Teaspoon, crushed
Directions

Drain pineapple; reserve juice.
Remove cores from unpeeled apple and pear; pit nectarine.
Cut fruits into chunks.
Mix fruits in shallow dish.
Mix reserved juice with remaining ingredients; pour over fruits.
Stir to mix.
Cover; marinate in refrigerator 2 to 3 hours; stir occasionally.
Serve with marinade
