Mixed Fruit White Christmas

Ingredients
  Grand marnier 2 Tablespoon
  Preserved cherries 30 Gram, chopped
  Mixed peel 30 Gram
  Glace pineapple 30 Gram, chopped
  Glace apricots 30 Gram, chopped
  Sultanas 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Copha 250 Gram
  Rice bubbles 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Icing sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Full cream milk powder 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  White marshmallows 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
Directions

1.
Marinate fruit in Grand Marnier for 1 hour.
2.
Melt Copha for 4-5 minutes on HIGH.
3.
Stir in remaining ingredients and fruit mixture.
4.
Pour into a foil-lined lamington tin.
5.
Chill for 2-3 hours before serving.
