Eggs With Sherry And Orange

Ingredients
  Eggs 6
  Sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne To Taste
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Grated orange rind 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Beat eggs until no longer stringy.
Blend in sherry and tomato sauce.
Add seasonings.
Melt butter in a frying pan and pour in the mixture.
Cook slowly, stirring until it begins to set.
Then sprinkle with the grated orange rind
