Baked Bananas Flambe

Ingredients
  Bananas 3 Large, peeled
  Lime 1 , juiced
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sherry 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Grated orange peel 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Melted butter 1 Tablespoon
  Hot brandy 2 Tablespoon
  Whipped cream 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut bananas in half lengthwise, then crosswise dip in lime juice.
Place in baking pan; combine remaining lime juice, sugar, sherry, spices, orange peel, and butter.
Pour over bananas; bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Pour brandy over bananas.
Ignite top with whipped cream
