|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Bananas||1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced thinly and packed well|
|Lemon||1⁄2 , juiced|
Beat the egg white until fluffy.
Add sugar slowly and continue to beat until stiff.
Mash and beat the sliced bananas to a smooth pulp and add gradually to the meringue, beating after each addition and continue beating until the whip is stiff.
Add lemon juice and beat again.
Slice the orange and banana into a dish and cover with the banana whip.
Chill but serve soon.
