Bananas Flambe With Brown Sugar

This Bananas Flambe is one of the best fruit flambe you can ever try. Made great with orange and lemong flavor and topped with a few oz of liqueur, this Bananas Flambe makes a simply great topping for your favorite desserts! Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Light corn syrup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice/Orange juice 3 Tablespoon
  Grated lemon rind/Grated orange rind 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Bananas 4 , cut in half crosswise and lengthwise
  Cointreau/Brandy / rum 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Melt butter or margarine in blazer pan of chafing dish over direct high flame.
Stir in next 4 ingredients.
Heat, stirring constantly.
Add bananas; spoon syrup over fruit; turn banana pieces carefully until glazed, about 5 minutes.
Place pan in water jacket to keep hot for serving.
If desired, before serving ladle warmed cointreau, brandy, or rum over fruit; ignite.
Serve when flame dies.
