Island Frank Kabobs
|Canned pineapple chunks||13 1⁄2 Ounce, drain and reserve 2/3 cup liquid (1 Can Or 1 Cup)|
|Barbecue sauce mix||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can Or 1 Cup)|
|Weiners/Franks||1 Pound, cut into thirds (10 In Number)|
|Green pepper||1 , cut into 1 inch squares|
|Sweet pickles||10 , cut in to 1 inch chunks|
In small saucepan, combine 2/3 cup pineapple liquid, barbecue sauce and tomato sauce.
Heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture boils.
Thread wieners, pineapple, green pepper and pickle alternately on 10 skewers.
Broil or grill 2 to 3 inches from heat, brushing frequently with sauce.
Broil 3 to 4 minutes on each side until heated through and lightly browned.
