Smoothie Pops

Ingredients
  Plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Banana 1
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
  Orange juice/Pineapple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Strawberries/Peaches / apricots / nectarines / pineapple 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine ingredients in blender container.
Blend on high speed until smooth.
Pour into paper cups.
Cover cups with foil.
Make a slit in center of cover.
Insert stick.
Freeze.
