Jellied Prune Whip

Ingredients
  Orange gelatin packet/Lemon gelatin packet 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cold water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Grated orange rind 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped cooked prune pulp 1 Pound (About 1 1/2 Cup Dried Prunes)
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add cold water, salt, and orange rind.
Place bowl of gelatin in a larger bowl of ice and water.
Stir until slightly thickened; then whip until fluffy and thick.
Add sugar to prune pulp and fold into whipped gelatin.
Pile lightly in sherbet glasses.
Chill until set at least 1 hour.
