Ingredients
  Bananas 8
  Semi-sweet chocolate pieces 6 Ounce (1 Package Of 6 Ounce)
  Shortening 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Peanut butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped peanuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Peel and slice bananas in half crosswise.
Insert wood stick in each banana half.
Freeze until firm.
Place chocolate pieces, shortening and peanut butter in a 1 qt.glass casserole dish.
Microwave 2 to 3 minutes or until melted.
Stir twice during cooking.
Coat frozen banana halves with chocolate mixture.
Then, if desired, roll in chopped peanuts.
