Healthy "Banana Mash"
|Ground flax seed||1 Tablespoon|
|Unsweetened almond milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Chop banana into 1" pieces and place in a medium sauce pot. Add all other ingredients. Cook on medium/medium high so mixture bubbles. Stir occasionally. After 10 minutes, banana pieces should be soft. Remove from heat and mash banana into liquid. Give one final stir, serve and enjoy!
