Healthy "Banana Mash"

Healthy, easy, QUICK breakfast for those who want to lose some extra weight, or are looking to just be a little healthier. The banana has potassium, the flax seed helps your digestive tract, the almond milk is a nice replacement for milk as well as containing high levels of protein and fuel for your body, and the cinnamon gives your metabolism a kick start!
Ingredients
  Ripe banana 1
  Ground flax seed 1 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Unsweetened almond milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Chop banana into 1" pieces and place in a medium sauce pot. Add all other ingredients. Cook on medium/medium high so mixture bubbles. Stir occasionally. After 10 minutes, banana pieces should be soft. Remove from heat and mash banana into liquid. Give one final stir, serve and enjoy!

This Healthy Banana Mash seems to be a delicious breakfast. However, I"d prefer banana chunks rather than mash for a eatable consistency.
