|Grated orange peel||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated lime peel||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Mangoes||2 , peeled and cut in pieces|
|Bananas||2 , sliced|
|Pineapple||1 , cubed|
Cook strawberries in honey and enough water to cover over low heat 5 minutes.
Skim thoroughly; spoon an equal amount into each of four 2 quart wide mouthed mason jars.
Put into, each jar 1 cinnamon stick, 8 cloves, and 1 tablespoon each orange and lime peel.
When cool, fill jars with desired amount of remaining fruit and rum.
Stir, cover tightly, and refrigerate 3 months.
Serve tutti-frutti over ice cream or plain, with cookies.
