Yogurt Banana Whip

Ingredients
  Bananas 2 Small
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped preserved ginger 2 Teaspoon
  Plain yogurt 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Chocolate vermicelli 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Mash the bananas and place in a pan with the sugar and lemon juice.
Very slowly bring the mixture to the boil and continue to cook gently for 10 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and allow the mixture to cool.
Stir in the nuts, ginger and yogurt.
Blend well together then spoon into two individual serving dishes.
Just before serving, decorate with the chocolate vermicelli.
