Yogurt Banana Whip
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Finely chopped almonds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped preserved ginger||2 Teaspoon|
|Plain yogurt||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Chocolate vermicelli||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Mash the bananas and place in a pan with the sugar and lemon juice.
Very slowly bring the mixture to the boil and continue to cook gently for 10 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and allow the mixture to cool.
Stir in the nuts, ginger and yogurt.
Blend well together then spoon into two individual serving dishes.
Just before serving, decorate with the chocolate vermicelli.
