Puree Of Breadfruit
|Breadfruit||1 1⁄2 Pound, peeled and cubed (1 Bread Fruit)|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
|Cayenne pepper/Red pepper||To Taste|
Cook breadfruit in lightly salted water until tender; drain.
Process breadfruit, a small amount at a time, with a small amount of cream, in an electric blender to make a puree.
Mix in seasonings.
Note: If desired, force breadfruit through a food mill and beat in cream, slightly whipped, and the seasonings.
