Curried Fruit For Ham

Ingredients
  Margarine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Curry powder 3 Teaspoon
  Pineapple juice 2 Tablespoon
  Pineapple chunks 1 Can (10 oz)
  Pear slices 1 Can (10 oz)
  Peach slices 1 Can (10 oz)
  Apricot halves 1 Can (10 oz)
  Maraschino cherries 10
Directions

Mix margarine, brown sugar, curry powder and pineapple juice.
Add fruit.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Note: If 16 oz.cans of fruit are used, use only 2 1/2 tsp.curry powder.
Serve with fish or a ham dinner.
