Ingredients
  Papayas 2 Medium, peeled, seeded and cut into chunks
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh ginger root 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Place papaya chunks, sugar, lemon juice, and gingerroot in a blender or food processor and puree.
