Golden Apricot Mold

Ingredients
  Canned apricot halves 30 Ounce, drained (Use 1 Can And Reserve Syrup)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Whole cloves 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon stick 4 Inch
  Orange gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
Directions

Cut apricot, halves into fourths; place in 4 cup mold or 8 individual molds.
Heat reserved syrup, vinegar and spices until mixture boils.
Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 10 minutes.
Remove spices.
Add enough hot water to hot syrup mixture to measure 2 cups.
Pour on gelatin in bowl; stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Pour gelatin mixture on apricots.
Chill until firm; cover. (Can be served immediately.)
5 minutes before serving, unmold 4-cup mold onto salad greens or individual molds onto slices of jellied cranberry sauce.
