|Low fat paneer||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Cottage Cheese)|
|Low fat milk powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Low fat milk||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped fruits||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Oranges Strawberries)|
|Orange juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar substitute||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Drop|
For the sandesh Combine all the ingredients and blend to a smooth paste in a blender.
Spread the sandesh evenly in a 100 mm (4") diameter serving dish and chill for at least 30 minutes.
For the orange sauce.
Combine all the ingredients except the sugar substitute in a non stick pan and mix well.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes till the sauce thickens.
Add the sugar substitute and mix well.
How to proceed Garnish sandesh with chopped fruits.
Cut the sandesh into squares and serve with orange sauce.
