Waldorf Whip

Ingredients
  Lemon gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped apples 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Evaporated milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), whipped
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in hot water; cool.
Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice, mayonnaise, celery, nuts and apples.
Mix well.
Chill until mixture is the consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
Chill evaporated milk in refrigerator tray until soft ice crystals form around edges.
Whip milk until stiff.
Add the remaining lemon juice; whip for 1 to 2 minutes or until very stiff.
Fold whipped milk into gelatin mixture.
Chill for 2 hours.
