Fruit boats goes well for any occasion. This juicy Flip Flop fruit boat is easy to prepare and the flavors of cream cheese and fruits makes this the favorite for many. You will sure love this yummy fruit boat - take my word!
Ingredients
  Pineapples 4 (Fresh Variety)
  Oranges 2 , sectioned
  Bananas 2 , sliced diagonally
  Whole strawberries 1 Pint (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce
Directions

Wash pineapples gently; halve lengthwise, keeping top intact.
Scoop out insides leaving 1/2 inch shells.
Discard core; dice pineapple.
Combine with oranges, bananas and straw berries; fill shells.
May be garnished with mint.
Serve with cream cheese blended with juice from fruit.
NOTE: Canned pineapple chunks may be used.
