|Pineapples||4 (Fresh Variety)|
|Oranges||2 , sectioned|
|Bananas||2 , sliced diagonally|
|Whole strawberries||1 Pint (Fresh Or Frozen)|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce|
Wash pineapples gently; halve lengthwise, keeping top intact.
Scoop out insides leaving 1/2 inch shells.
Discard core; dice pineapple.
Combine with oranges, bananas and straw berries; fill shells.
May be garnished with mint.
Serve with cream cheese blended with juice from fruit.
NOTE: Canned pineapple chunks may be used.
