Cranberry Fluff

Ingredients
  Ground cranberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Miniature marshmallows 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Diced tart apples 2 Cup (32 tbs), unpared
  Seedless green grapes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Optional)
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), broken (Optional)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Optional)
  Whipped cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pineapple slices 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Optional)
Directions

Combine cranberries, marshmallows and sugar.
Cover; chill overnight.
Add apples, grapes, walnuts and salt.
Fold in whipped cream.
Chill.
Turn into serving bowl or spoon onto pineapple slices in lettuce cups.
Trim with a cluster of green grapes, if desired.
