Ingredients
  Prune plums 3 Pound, quartered and pitted (Around 5 Cups)
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Enriched flour 1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
  Granulated sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted
Directions

Combine prunes and brown sugar.
Spoon into 11 1/2x7 1/2x1 1/2 inch baking dish.
Sift together dry ingredients; add egg, tossing with fork till mixture is crumbly; sprinkle evenly over plums.
Drizzle with butter.
Bake in moderate oven (375°) about 45 minutes or till lightly browned.
Serve warm topped with ice cream or whipped cream
