Ingredients
  Cored diced pears 3
  Maple syrup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Navel orange 2 , sectioned
  Fresh grated ginger root 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Seedless red grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Dried apricots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pineapple chunks 2 Cup (32 tbs), drained (Packed With Juice)
Directions

1. Toss together pears, oranges, grapes, apricots, pineapple chunks, maple syrup, gingerroot, and lemon juice.
2. Chill for 1 hour.
