Lime Blueberry Mold

|Unflavored gelatin||14 Gram|
|Cold water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Boiling water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fresh lime juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fresh blueberries||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Soften gelatin in cold water.
Add boiling water, sugar and salt; stir until gelatin dis solves.
Add lime juice.
Chill until mixture reaches the consistency of unbeaten eggwhite.
Fold in blueberries.
