Apple Prune Stuffing

Ingredients
  Prunes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Apples 3
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed To Cover)
  Cinnamon 1 Pinch, ground
Directions

Soak prunes overnight.
Remove pits.
Retain liquid as fruit stock.
Chop prunes in small pieces.
Core and cut apples into small pieces, leaving skins on.
Mix both fruits.
Add cinnamon.
This will stuff a 4- to 5-pound fowl.
